Shipping is fully insured by Galleristic. Each work is carefully packaged by the artist according to standardized guidelines using Galleristic approved packaging materials. The plant is then handed over to a specialised transport company. In the event of a damaged delivery, Galleristic will bear the cost of the damage incurred and will endeavour to compensate you. If the work cannot be repaired or restored, we will immediately arrange for a refund of your purchase price.

Galleristic guarantees the right of withdrawal within the 14 days period, which begins with the date of receipt by you.

Galleristic guarantees the authenticity of all artwork displayed on the website. All artists represented have been selected and confirmed. We ensure that sellers on our platform only sell works whose authors they are. All works, regardless of the medium, will be delivered to you with a certificate of authenticity. The editions are numbered and signed. You can request a duplicate of your Certificate of Authenticity for unique or editioned items at any time by sending an email to contact@galleristic.com.
